Homemade Pasta (and a visitor from the North)

Little Margi came to town a couple weeks ago. It was so nice to have a visitor in our new house! We spent the weekend hanging out, having sushi with foca, and making homemade pasta!

    1. Making the pasta only took about 5 minutes (incorporating the eggs and flour, then rolling it into a ball). I let the ball of dough sit for about 5-10 minutes while getting my other tools ready. Rolling out the dough took about 5-7 minutes because we did it in chunks. We then passed the rolled dough through the pasta cutter which turned it into angel hair pasta (this only took about 2 minutes). Once the pasta was cut, we put it into boiling water for 2-3 minutes. It cooks in no time!
