Slow Cooked Pork and Champagne. 5 Years.

August 13th was the 5-year anniversary of our 1st Date! Woa…

To celebrate, I decided to make a Cuban Pork in the slow cooker for 9 hours (onions, pork, chiles, homemade mojo sauce, cilantro and garlic) along with rice, refried black beans, fresh pico de gallo, and a special dessert!
