Polenta with Puttanesca sauce and steamed broccoli!
I used a jarred sauce but sautéed onions, garlic, olives, cayenne, paprika and merlot first! The polenta had fresh thyme and aged cheddar!
z cooked a monstrous 2+ pound steak in the oven! Wowsers!
