z and I had a pizza party on Monday night! We had Italian Store dough in the freezer from a couple weeks ago and we wanted to see how it held up!
It held up perfectly! I took it out of the freezer Monday morning and put it in the fridge to thaw. By dinner time it was completely thawed easy to work with!
Marinara sauce, buffalo mozzarella, red onion, bell peppers, and basil from our garden!
I ended eating a total of three pieces!
z ate four… ;)
New rule: We should always have fresh dough in the freezer!
