Seriously, make this salad. It’s the second time I’ve had it this week!
Step one: Gather and chop your ingredients!
- Chopped romaine (base)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Shredded carrots
- Sesame seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Peanut oil
- Toasted sesame oil
- Seasoned rice vinegar
- Sushi pickled ginger
- Black bean burger (optional – I added it for protein)
Step two: Build the salad!
Layer veggies, sprinkle seeds, drizzle oils and vinegar, and top with chopped ginger and black bean burger!
Step three: DEVOUR!
The flavors and textures meld together so well! This is a wonderfully delicious and easy dinner salad! YUMMY!
